Hello P2techers,
I know I've talked to some of you at conferences about utilization of
voluntary programs, voluntary P2 implementation, a marketing
voluntary P2 programs.  Can anyone reference any articles that
address those issues? (I am aware and have copies of the P2 Reviews
for the last few years so don't need those.) IF you have electronic
copy that would better, but just a reference would be great if thats
all you have.
